Y doesnt anyone here play west but a couple people?

Because the great majority of us are on east coast, or most of our online friends are.

And also, map night is in the east server so I would think many West server users would just move over to east.

west is very boring there are no fun clans and its like very lonely and all the map making stuff is on east. west is mostly melee i think...i used to be in west but it got very boring and all my friends went to east so i moved as well

Why doesn't anyone care?

Anyway, Some of the people here at SeN just get on USEast to play on mapnight, Otherwise there playing on USWest.

The majority of people playing SeN live on the East Coast.

The site was founded by USEast players. They tell others they met on USEast, or put links in maps that they play on USEast. Thus, a bunch of USEast players come to the site.

In terms of this site: The founders and most of the orginal mappers on the site were on west. Thus we decided that the site would mainly be focused around USeast. When the time came when map nights becaome more popular and people from all gateways were flooding to the USeast channel were flooding over to op SEN in useast, we were put up with that same problem. Our stance: We don't want to seperate map makers (ie, "I gotta go on Europe and test out xxxxx's new map! Because I think thats where he is!"). Staredit Network is supposed to be a united kind of thing, where we share and so on, so we say, USeast will remain the offical gateway.

USeast is also the more popular gateway. Don't ask me why, just more people go on it.

I moved from west to east and im happier now

I like my west account better... 1500 ladder.

I go on west... If only because in general people on west are cooler and there's more lamers on the east server.


It's because a few years ago all the good people played on east, and everyone knew that. So if you wanted to play skilled players, east was where you went. It's not true anymore, but a lot of people stick around there.

At this point, all our friends and assosiates are on West. If you want to play with people from SEN, you come to east. There aren't as many lamers with the exception of public games and devilesk (just kidding ).
