lol i got sc for my 11th birthday, then about a year later i got on battle.net then i've been makeig maps since i turned 13

i remember waaayy back in the days in grade 3 or 4 when all my friends and i played. We were so noob. I started making maps since september or so last year.

Starcraft was released in 1998, I played during the beta .. that would make me 14.
Out of all the games ever released by any company I dare to say Starcraft is the only game that has withstood the test of time. I can play starcraft today and still don't get the feeling that the graphics are outdated. Even though there are amazing real-time 3D rendering technology today .. each pixel seems carefully placed in this 2D RTS!

I was about 12 when I got my first version of Starcraft (without Brood War though). Got Brood War when I was 13 I think (cracked 1.09). Started to play on battle.net when I was 14.

heheh when i was 7 i knew things about sc u will wish 2 know!!!! mwahahahhaahahahahh (not kidding) though i play sc in a circle first blizzard game was diablo then sc then warcraft then diablo then scex im still doing that cycle ... usually lasts about 5 months each game

Let's see... I first heard of the actualy game of StarCraft in presentations for a school thing in 3-4th grade. I first played SC in 5th grade I think, but only the campaigns, which were hard for me then. After returning it to my friend, I didn't play for 2 years and started again in 7-8th grade. I played my first melee matches online then, first in the demo version( I owned at that, but only because one strat was very viable on the only map avaliabe), then Broodwar. This is when I found TA.com, staredit.net, TL.net, etc. and UMS maps/ Melee Community.
