There are thousands of them out there but one of the programs my friend uses is Windows Blinds. Call me old fasioned but I prefer Windows Classic style and the free CPU cycles that come with it.
On the left hand of the site you will see some programs for modding your desktop which are fairly popular.

But if you download the free Windows Blinds, at startup it will always pop a thing up to ask you something. I think it was to ask you to pay for a better version. It got annoying for me so I just uninstalled it and used the default windows ones.

Get an alienware computer, it comes with AlieneGUIse. Best skins ever.

StyleXP works really nice, it's what I used to turn everything black-ish.

With Alienware Darkstar ™ you get that blackness, coupled with glowing red and silver alien head for a start bar!

The alienGUIse version of darkstar messes with my firefox, it makes it flicker. I didnt notice it with the blindss version.

I use windows blinds.. Its cool but its annoying cuz u gotta keep it open to have to skin on.

In older versions of window blinds you dont gotta keep it open just every couple hours this thing will come up saying WINDOW BLINDS do you wish to continue?
