[center]I've been doing parkour, or free running, off and on for about 7 years now. I'm not very skilled, but I love doing it. For those of you who don't know about parkour:
Parkour is "The art of moving from one place to another with fluidity." It's kind of like skateboarding without the board or the ramps, just your environment. You jump, climb, run, anything that will move you through your environment in the most fluid manner possible.

It's a great sport I suggest you at least look into.

I saw a video of that but they were "profesionals" Its pretty intense. You can easily die or hurt yourself real bad. Some of the gaps they jumped were insane and some times they would climb large buildings. There are a few schools around the world for this sport.

[center]Yeah, it can get pretty extream... user posted image

It's kinda dangerous if you don't know your limits. I've heard some 14 year old fell to his death in England not too long ago.
The great thing about Parkour is you can do it anytime, anywhere!

This looks like what I always wanted to do. I just need a bunch of obstacles like in the training videos.. I live in the middle of the woods, so I might have some obstacles. I am probably not fit to do this stuff though biggrin.gif

The cat jump reminds me of Tomb Raider..

I'm suprised someone else on SEN knows about this! Parkour is so much fun, and it builds some nice endurance. I live in a small town so not many places to do it...

Yeah I found this nice website for all your PKing needs. It's just starting off so it's still pretty small but I'm sure any and all PK events will be posted there:
http://www.parkour.net/

The article about the death is here:

It's inaccurate about describing what "free running" is.
