1) Can you have players switch forces in the middle of a game?

2) Can you have them switch when the location following the first person hits the location following the second person? (Only Applicable if 1 is Yes)

3) You know how you can see the land around your allies? Can you set 'Fog of War' on that? So you dont see the light.

4) Can you make it so you are UNABLE to move your screen?

*Please tell me how if you know, thanks.

1. No
2. No
3. You can have AI scripts running so you can temporarily see your ally then turn it off.
4. Yes, with a center view trigger with hyper triggers.

1) No, but you can change their allies through triggers. This will have the same effect.

2) Yes, thats possible too. If a player1 goes into player2's location, and player2 goes into player1's location, that means they hit.

3) Thats shared vision.

4) Constantly center on another location, its nearly impossible to go elsewhere.

I'd set my mapping skill setting a bit lower Prelude if you need more explaination.

Can I make it so when a player (Hunter) touches another player the other player he touched becomes the Hunter, not the hunted?

Lets get a little more nerdy here:

4. Unable to move screen works better in single player then multiplayer. In single, center view causes the screen to 'scroll' to that area, while on the way to spot, your cursor is disabled until it reaches the destination. When the screen reaches the spot, it will return to the center. ln multiplayer, the screen will snap to the location withought disabling the cursor. From what l read, you want the screen to snap to the Hunter contiously, so use hypers with center view.

The answer to your latest question is yes, you must center a location [Move location] on the Hunter, and create a bring trigger with an action removing the Hunted and creating another Hunter. lf your so advanced, then you would have known that.
