Hey i would just like to tell everyone that i just warned 9 people for flaming.
So many people at sen have determaned that it is ok to flame people as long as you do it mildly. And we have tons of thread with one person after the other insulting another but just under the level of what has been set as warnable.
I just read this thread. witch was reported to me. Because I belive not only the reported incidence should stop but everything else should. I have chose to make an example out of this thread. And warn everyone who had anything bad to say to another implied or direct.
The people warned are:
Nuclearrabbit
Wesmic da pimp
DT Battlekruser
Hitok1r1
Merrell
Wilhelm
Warhammer4000
Toothfariy
urmom
Of them Wesmic da Pimp is now suspended for 4 days because he is now at 100%
Also DTBK is staff and Merrell will likely become a dldb keeper. This is similer to yoshi's action with swearing. I suspect people will not like it but a change needs to happen. If it doesn't then we can have these people go else where.
Each person warned receaved an identical email saying this...

I think you're being a bit overly harsh, but maybe that's my moderating style. I mean the offenses were so minor..
I even tend to let things like this slide unless they're reported. A Nazi would be in here with an Uzi but I try not to be too strict.

I we do nothing about it then were saying it is ok. Yes its harsh but i'm looking at the big picture not the individual circumstances.
How do you expect Toa5555 to respond when 9 people respond to him like they did. The insulting tone taken is very rarely ever taken as advise. If it was a first offence then he makes enemies and continues to respond the same way.

Harsh is a good thing. People always try to be a little bit under your standards. If you set them high, you have forums with people who act like human beings.

Yoshi, you overestimate "human being". Maybe you meant to add in "civilized". 
What seems to be happening lately is, someone posts a dumb topic, then everyone else jumps in to inform him of that and flame him. Apparently one "this is spam" is never enough for these mineral grubbers. Let's take out the trash.

Its the same thing that happens when people post for help of something that has a tutorial or has had a thread about it not to long ago. Just worse
