It might be doable, but you'd have to do a whole lot of work with it, possibly not attaching other's severed limbs but growing them yourself through careful genetic manipulation of a baby, which you would allow to grow up then magically transplant your brain into.

Just dont attack nerves than unless there is a way you can figure out when your a scientist. Untill than just attach strings from all the fingers to your real hands
ADDITION:
Wait a minute if you get em off a corpse wont the nerves will be dead? You will need to cut em off an alive person.
