Bless those who are in need...
Bless those who are in the after effects of the hurricanes who ran through texas and oklahoma a few days ago... Houston and many other cities in the area were evacuated and in the process many ran out of gas and there were many fatalities for those who got in contact with carbon monoxide and those who were lost in the heat.
I thought my family was safe 17 miles out of livingston texas however the eye started to make it's way towards that area...Instead it hit Louisiana however, my house is damaged and we wont have electricity for months. School in livingston has been canceled for the entire city is without electricity. My family has been out of electricity for the past 2-3 days. My family was separated in the process and i am now save with my grandparents in clear lake city where i will attend school until it is safe to go back. My parents on the other hand are working in the heat without power and all our food is gone... I feel terrible, livingston is full of the national guard and our schools are full of people. Theres a rumor that the Jr. High lost it's roof and people in livingston are fighting over food, ice, and water.
Why am i telling you this? Because, i never thought it would happen to me. I never thought that what happened to Louisiana would even briefly happen to me... Think about those who were fortunate enough to make it out alive like me and think of all of those who are still fighting for their lives... Be fortunate and never take advantage of those little things you take granted for because there are thousands that are in need.
Best wishes to those who aren't as fortunate as you, who were effected by the past hurricanes. Please if you have any heart for those who are in need, enable this in the news section.oh man that sucks. hope you family is ok so best regards to them and everybody else who wasnt as fortunate.
Yah..
I have no idea what i would do if i was in your situation..
Well, with luck, within a year or maybe a bit less your family would almost be back in its former glory.
Happy I am that i dont live in california any more...
Thats too bad
I hope your family is alright
wish u alright like its said for those who didnt made it from the horror of the :censored:in hurricane but im real lucky i live in chicago
All you can say is "No School"?
Id rather have school than no home no electricity no food no water no clean cloths and not being able 2 find loved ones.
I guess you're just a product of your surroundings.

No school? You're lucky!

No school. What to do? You'd be forced to get a job since you have no food, water, electricity, etc to get by. Wait and see, and learn how ignorant you are for taking things for granted.
Best of wishes towards you and your family. Living in South Florida I know what hurricanes are like, but luckily Katrina and Rita were both minor Category 1's when they hit me.
Suck it up puss! No school = good, I know i dropped out, and just drink the seawater and go cannibal on all the dead bodies.

Yep cause we all know that having no school in exchange for no home no food no electricity n stuff is a fair trade. You just dont care because you have never been in any kind of situation where you have lost anything. What that has nothing to do with what I said, your an idiot goof, get some friends nerdy boy.
*BTW* I have lived on streets
no school you think that is lucky when you dont have what is needed?????
this is insane id prefer to have a life time school that to lose food, electricity, my fathers, my family and all we have in cotidian lives.
hope your dads ae ok
I LOST ONE AND I KNOW WHAT IT IS TO LOSE TWO
well if you think about it, it's kind of there fault there in that position, because when the meteorologist's told them the storm is going to hit the united states, they warned them. did they listen? some did but not alot, if they left and moved to a place that was going to be safe from the hurricane, i think most of this nonsense would happen.

AHAHAAHAHAAHAHAHA
You get warm weather, tons of it, we get snowstorms, five seasons (Winter Spring Summer fall, and mud.) and more snow.
We get blizzards you get hurricanes.
But good luck, but be thankful you don't have to deal with freezing temperatures, frostbite, and so on.
But ignore that
Good luck, hope you get back on your feet soon.
How did you post that anyways?
I live in amarillo, a few victoms from Katrina and Rita have been evacuated to our local civics center. We supply them with food, shelter and many organizations have sprung up to help them find jobs. Its really a life altering exierience to be around these unfortunate people, hearing their stories is so heartbreaking. Its also surprising to see people actually helping those in need. With as much problems and crime in this world it is nice to see people helping other people.
Bless those who have fallen.
I'm sorry to hear that man. I hope that everyone's family is safe and found!
My best wishes to you and your family. And everyone please pray for the people personally affected by the hurricanes.
Oh man, I'm sorry to hear that.
Oh, and Debloius, are you stupid?
I would rather commit suicide then quit school.
Quiting school gets you nowhere in life.
And I don't think you belong in this community. Stop acting like a jerk or get out.
