Well, I'm bored, and I'm sure most people around here are too. The truth is, boredom has been taking over all the fun I've used to have, ever! Most of the kids around here either drink, smoke or do drugs. I wont do either, but everyone that me and my only true friend meet, they're too busy doing one of the 3. What are we supposed to do? there's harldy any good looking girls around. Ok, and were nervous around good lookin' girls that don't do anything of the dreaded 3(drink, smoke or drugs). We live in a small town, and the bigger town, is a long way off. Money is a definate problem, because we can hardly get any. Life is just becoming boring. I know, I could use a girlfriend, I say that too. But the most likely girl lives at the other end of town! Go figure eh? The only thing I find interesting is hockey, which I can hardly skate, so I play road hockey, and writing stories and peotry. What can we do? We could use a crew, but we dont want a crew that drinks or does drugs. Were too good at sports too. . We get straight A's at school, but its like, life has lost its value. All these things that I've done, it seems like its all for naught. I was actually thinking of getting a car a becoming the modern day "Dukes of hazzard". Were so bored, we play with Yu-Gi-Oh cards for gosh sakes. And the town is hell because so many kids are bored and cause so much trouble. Were not like that. So, what I'm getting at is, who has a cure? No suicide, THAT'S's out of the question. Were not nerds, FYI.

Boredom is better than work.

It depends on what kind of work you mean.
For me I'd rather work than to just sit there being bored, it passes the time better.

On a side not. What is FYI

Join something at school, even if its hard work.

100% not true. You'll feel much better at the end of the day if you actually accomplished something.

Work is better than boredom. After you have done the work you have a nice feeling that you have done something useful

Well u have a computer, dont you?
And i suspect since ure posting u have internet connection.
Make a starcraft map, learn programming, make a good program, get higher then A's.
Or u can just do boring sports.

Do random stuff. Play some games. If your computer's good enough, you get the super-long-loading-times-but-super-uber-roxorating-game-called-Half-Life-2. Long loading times, even more time passed away. XD Or just draw stuff... doesn't matter if it sucks (I can draw stick figures... and I can barely draw those "Madness" guys cuz no arms needing to be doodled is a lot easier.)

Join a school sanctioned event, like clubs...or join the drama department.

lately any second that i have time to think to myself i become board and very sad. then i'd become angrey at myself. to make a long story short, i can't get girls no matter how hard i try.

so im pretty dang board. witch is why i do lots and lots of work. just to take my mind off myself. and to improve my phyical being. work is more fun then driveing urself nuts... ill tell you that for sure...

You said you're good at sports, join a your city's hockey team or whatever other sport you play. I use up my time at sports teams, chillin wit friends and watching TV. I'm rarely ever bored
