Moose and other people (Mostly Moose). How did you get that ghost to do that in TerraTek BattleZone? I can't figure it out.

Mr. Camo please explain what the Ghost does (for those who havn't played the map). If your question was just intended for Moose to answer you should PM him instead of making a topic for it.

Well for any sprite, really. I can't really describe it... But, it keeps on lifting up it's gun and then puts it down then lifts up continuously.

That's a Ghost that a disable doodad state trigger has been run on. It's not a sprite.

Yes, that's it.
Was it really necessary to post that?

But, wouldn't disable doodad make it cloaked?

That would depend on what vision the player has. It starts off dancing. With a detector on it is cloaked and dancing. Once you lose a detector on it, you just see the outline. Just be wary of the vision laws and you'll end up with what I had.

So just use a detector to see it dancing, correct?

Uncloaked, unclickable » no detector. Never had a detector.
Cloaked, clickable » currently has a detector.
Invisible except for outline » had a detector, but no longer does.

I can't really get much simpler. From this point on, I'm going to have to say knowledge is best accquired through experience. tongue.gif
