Yay, a new tux map. There really isn't too much to this map, so I won't even bother locking it, but it's kinda fun nonetheless. In a nutshell, you have to build barriers to protect a city from an oncoming flood of
*dramatic pause*...

Reaver scarabs! You have to protect the city for the set time limit from suffering too much damage (the score tells you how much "disaster budget" you have left, as in fire fighters). If you lose your dyke builders, or the city's budget runs out, you lose.

Enjoy!

Well go ahead and review it if you want. I really did it just to see if the idea was workable or not in general. Perhaps something more can be made of it?

Yeah theres no getting around it: you need more than one player. It's pretty much impossible solo.

Scarab Damage divided by 2...
# of Scarabs multiplied by 2...
2 times the Scarabs, half the damage, more pretty orbs!
That's my suggestion...

Nice map Tuxedo! Hope it becomes popular on B.Net

The problem with reducing scarab damage, even by 1, is that it gets almost completely absorbed by armor, and thus doesn't work out in the same /2 way you want. I could just double HP of units and double scarab output, to the same effect. tongue.gif

Or maybe have different difficulties for use, and that would be the easy version? Maybe even a solo version?

l love the originality, and simplicity of the triggering style. The simple map setup also set an easy way to input difficulty levels. Good job!

If you want easier, just add 1 to the armor of the scv and dyke buildings. wink.gif I don't mind if you want to edit the map.
