Great more GTA controversy. First Hot Coffee now this. It's always the video games to blame. How could they seriously know it was GTA, it could've been from a movie...or on TV.

Get your dates in line. Hot Coffee was a few months ago for San Andreas, this case started in 2003 and was based off GTA3, realsed 3 years before Hot Coffee, and it's not the first case badly linked to GTA.

Violent games help me sometimes actually. When I have anger I usually take it out on games. Ive lost 3 people in my life and sometimes I get so stressed that I wanna take it out on a game. Yet they seem to "hate" games. Look at the movies people! All those gore movies, people killing eachother is just action. They don't look at this. (Now remember im not agreeing they need to get rid of movies. Just read on..) Think about people killing other people because they watched a violent movie. Im sick of all the people.
The difference to old soccer moms is that your not acutally doing the killing in Movies, if it said "This is how you kill a person in 3 hits" then it might start a lawsuit, but it's nothing like what people say video games can do. All in all it's bullblam video games have nothing to do with today's violence.

For the hot coffee junk, im thinking alot of Xbox people hate the top game off PS2 "GTA San Andreas". Now don't accuse me of hating Xbox. I own an Xbox, Xbox Live, and I have a ps2. I havent played my Ps2 in 1-2 months. My point is, the hacker released this and he should be sued. He illegally opened the game, wandering around, and found this! If rockstar didn't show it in the game, then who cares. SUE THE HACKER!

Sue the hacker? What kind of stupid idea is that, it's just some kid who made a MOD, MODS are not illegal they're not far from patches, patches help the game techinally and other things and Mods just make you do cool stuff. You can't sue the hacker cause your allowed to go through the GTA files or any files just as long as you don't reproduce them or copy them in any way. The MODDER didn't MAKE the mod, it was in the GTA coding so they were too lazy to take it out so they left it in there, he just found it and triggered the way it can start a little bit and wam it's the hot coffee mod. Plus if he hadn't done it, someone would've so it doesn't matter who did it it matters who left it in there which is Rockstar North. It was in the Ps2 version too if you didn't know that it's just you can only make mods for PC version which came out at the same time as Xbox which is why you think it's Xbox's fault, it's no one's fault but Rockstar's they obviously knew it was too much for the media so they took it out, but not enough.
