I have about 10 of these "3M" floppy disks from my old Macintosh that we threw out about..10 years ago. They are all labeled different things, some are labeled "GAMES" and I was just wondering, is there anyway to get the files out of them? I try to put them in my Windows XP, and it says "Ok to format disk? This will erase all files on the disk."
So, there's no chance of getting the files with my computer.. is there any other way? Can the new macintoshes open them? Meh, it's not too important, but I remember some of these games on here..would be neat to play them again.

Only a mac can open them. They are Mac specific disks.

I should offer like 5$ for someone with a mac to send the disks to, and put all the files in a .zip and send me on MSN or something.

Try finding something like Synd][cate suggested. I think I've heard of freeware mac emulators.

It's ok though, I used a copy of that program, a free trial thing.
I can view the files, but sadly, I can't open any of them. They are missing file extensions.

Sorry for this Off Topic-ness, but your completely wrong. He didn't kill himself because he was jewish. He killed himself because he was in a Bunker in the middle of Berlin with the Allies on one side, and Russia on the other side, effectively Screwed.

Oh, anyway, its probably because Macs use alot of different extensions than windows. (There isnt even such thing as .exe on a Mac.)
If you could somehow email them or something, Id be glad to tell you what they are.
