Well, U guys know neopets? Well, wanna do something LIKE that , with PHP or whatever ( Which i have no experience of ) ... But its like with Minerals, Items, NPC'S , shops, stuff like that...If u can help me make it, tell me and i'll be more specific, This is just an idea, so i dunno if it'll work, i remember my friend Slayer667 Making something like that once i think..

Yes, Slayer did something like that before, but i think his sites lost,...But yeah syphon...With a few extra features

I had an idea like this before, but it would just be a forum with a very nuce RPG hack on it.
