a. Geocities isn't a great host.
b. If you want to make websites, learn HTML.
c. If you can't even set up an account at a webhost, don't even try making a website. Whatever "success" you have is going to look like the reguritations of a diseased old woman.
That's my two cents. I don't touch Geocities, but I would expect them as a big company to have FAQs and such.

lol. another good (growing popular) webhost is www.freewebs.com. Surprised no one mentioned it here.
