I have rocks embedded in my arm because of a bad fall going down a rocky hill on a bike and making the bet that I could still steer without holding the handle bars. (About 5 years ago)
I never got the rocks out, so I can occasionally cut myself on the inside by leaning on my left forearm. Kinda sucks.
