it's not really a game, but it's fun to watch, and you can design your own bots for it, provided you know java. you just pick some bots to fight and choose the size of the arena. you can change their rate of fire, too.

Ah, I've played with this. It's unfortunate that it's made so it doesn't accept input controls through the keyboard.
It's very difficult to make an effecient tank so... anyone wanna challenge? ;P
