My new website, fully done in HTML. Yes it's pretty sucky but at least I did it myself, right?
Also Yoshi might be able to fix this. The submit button won't submit when you click on it? Have any code that can e-mail it to you? Hopefully it will get better and better.

Even if you don't know it, any web page is made of HTML. Just filling in the forms is just filling in what goes into the HTML. Anything web page you're viewing is made of HTML.

Don't bother with forms, you really cant do it with only html.
Do it like this:

Anyways, you shouldn't really bother with a host and domain. Do the html first then go on to the big stuff

Clicking on a link to most non web-page files will provide a download. If it doesn't, you can right click it (on IE, anyway) and use Save Target As.

No social interaction classes? Easily done. Go to http://www.w3schools.com for help on HTML. Actually, I use it more like a reference site, but they do teach you stuff I believe.
