I've herad of os so many of these things. You can just not eat there but there is so much of this going around the world. KFC is on a higher profile that is why they are targeted for this. I'm not saying what they are doing is good. There are a lot of these things going around the world to keep track of.

ADDITION:
And how did they film all that? I really doubt KFC would let them film it...

That's pretty disgusting.

Lucky that I hate KFC anyway - their food tastes horrible and is as fatty as you like.

That's old, untrue news.

Anyway the're chikens, they aren't even aware they exist, they can't feel pain; To reiterate they're chikens.

How would you know? They may have feelings and pain.

Chickens can feel pain. Cows, pigs, chickens all feel pain. Even if they can't feel it, it is still cruelty. However yes this is old news, I've heard of McDonalds mistreating their cows before too.

I have 6 chickens at my house, don't tell me they don't feel pain or aren't aware they exist.

I admit I don't mind chickens being slaughtered as much as pigs or cows but I don't think you should make such assumptions that they don't feel pain.

It has been scientifically proven that they feel emotions and pain.

If they couldn't fele pain, the entire speices would die out. Why? Pain is a stimulus, a flag. Pain=bad. Without pain, the body doesn't know what is bad.

I've had chickens aswell. Notice what happens when you remove a chicken's head? It keeps living which proves it doesn't feel pain, in higher animals just the pain of being decapitaed is enough to kill. It also proves that they aren't aware they exist. They lose their brain yet there body still functions normally so it must not do anything but interpret sight, smell and helping the chicken co-ordinate reproduction.

Anyone who has spent time around chickens can attest to the fact that they are just as loving, intelligent, and capable of feeling pain and suffering as our feline companions. So why do we call one “friend” and the other “food”?

And if they didn't feel pain there would not be anything about then being slit at their throats alive.

We can read KFC's side of the story.

Who cares about the :censored:in chicken, I wanna eat some KFC.

Lets stop cats from eating the mice. biggrin.gif That would be a nice thing to do to those poor little mice who get tossed around, their limbs broken, their neck broken, then their head bitten off *cruch* then their body eaten, then their tail sucked in like spagetti just for some short snack the cat wont even care about. YAY! [/sarcasm]
Cats eat mice, people eat chicken.

(I watched my cat do that mouse thing biggrin.gif I was laughing at the mouse)

Why would someone seek pain relief if they feel no pain?

Painkillers = Intense high if you're a chicken.

Maybe they do feel pain, but not in the same way we do.

Their going to be cut up, cooked, eaten, enjoy a nice warm acid bath in your stomach, digested, and end up as lumpy brown stuff in the sewer.

Why do people care so much about whats going to follow that same life?

So what if chickens cannot die from decapitation? One cannot die from pain. That proves nothing.

Plus, if they cannot feel pain, then why do they have nerves and a nervous system that processes pain?

Neral paths don't just sense pain, they sense all sensation and tell tendons to move muscles to move bones.

And yes, you can die from pain.
