Sky Captain and The World of Tomorrow had pretty good effects, why can't Doom?
They should've just canceled the movie once they decided they weren't going to have hell in it.Thats the most stupid thing I've ever heard of, the whole story of the game of Doom involves hell.A movie is supposed to be like a book, it is supposed to put in detail how the everything ties together. To make it easy for someone to understand what the game is really based off, and in so I think that for people who have never played Doom but watched the movie will think twice about buying or renting the game. For people that don't understand gaming storylines, movies are the best if they ever come out based on a game. Obviously everyone here would've prefered to just play the game than waste $5.00 bucks watching the move at your local cinema. So back to the point of my response, no hell, there should NOT be a movie, plain and simple. It totally disgraced Doom and all it's fame.

For the last time, at the first Doom Levels, there are some background noises which maybe sounded like the Movie but not sure. On Doom 3, you don't come in Mars with a group of people, you came by yourself or a friend in co-op. The Rock is probably not Sargeant Kelly, because he was evacuated to Earth.
Here's another reason that hell can't be made for some reason, Doom the Movie was made in Universal, Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow (Can't it just be Sky Captain only? =/ ) was made in Paramount, they probably have different programs and different devices to work on movies. I'm not sure about King Kong by Peter Jackson in Universal Studios would have background effect, nor the Halo Movie would have a background, then that would be pathetic. I think they don't want hell because there are a lot of baby demons, rotten type zombies, the soul thing that teleports you, some effect trapping the charactor after teleporting and move like a elevator, the big demons that shoots blue balls, the scene where you go to hell, the bosses you fight, the part when lava goes solid, going to back to Mars, going to some tunnels to hell... etc.
They're probably going to take a lot of takes and actions in Hell, but is
Hell was every suspected to see? On Doom 3, theres only 3 to 4 levels in Hell which is pretty long. What about the rest other than Hell? Rating it 0 for having no hell is dumb. For some people who said
Halo Movie will die also, it'll be made by the same company Universal Studios, other than that, the producer is Peter Jackson this time, King Kong will become a Game based on the movie which is also Peter Jackson's production diary. If the guns from Doom, they probably can do the same on Halo, the Plasma Gun from doom can easily be a plasma grenade or Plasma rifle in Halo, they probably have good ratings in the future or not because they didn't include
Halo 2 or
3, but they will this time. No, I'm not changing the subject, I'm comparing.
