Post some of the Legends that you know of. I'll just get the most common out of the way first.

Bigfoot- Known as the Sasquatch to some, this supposed creature(s) is to live in forests.

Yeti- The cousin of the supposed Bigfoot that lives in the icy peaks of a mountain top (I believe it was the Himalayas..but I'm not too sure)

Jersey Devil- Also known as the Leeds Devil, this creature was born human, which turned into a beast then flew out of the roof of its birthplace. It supposedly has a brother that was choked under a bed.

Loch Ness Monster: Known to Nessie by many, this sea monster supposedly lives in..well Loch Ness. Many have seen this, but there is no scientific proof that it exists. Many sightings though.

Not many people know this but I'm an avid cryptozoologist.

Personally my favorite tale is Trunko, the enourmous lobster like snowy white sea animal with no head. Mainly because it has the most evidence to support it. (The first reported sighting involved hundreds of people watching Trunko fight 2 killer whales, losing then washing up on shore where it was SOMEHOW left untouched for 3 weeks. At which time it fell back into the ocean.)

Here's something else I know <Just so yous know..this doesn't have to include beasts/animals>

Atlantis- Supposedly..this place really existed. From what I've done some research on..this island was sunken by large waves.

Tasmanian Devil: There are rumors that this animal still is alive. Supposedly the Australian government kept a bunch of these creatures, and released them after their supposed extinction.

The "Bloop" sound: While I was watching Animal X, a show where they try to find mythical creatures, they showed a sample of a sound found by scientists. This deep sound was called "Bloop" and now gives new light that there may be something in the ocean larger than a whale.

Tasmanian devils aren't exticnt at all, you're thinking of tasmanian tigers.

The "Boop" is either made by a globster or another of trunko's species.
