QUOTE
You know when you flare, you feel that hot feeling in your head?
Sometimes it blacks you outta control? I have alot of questions about this
Never has happened to me. Sometimes my heart rate goes up and I go into a fight or flight response to a lesser degree. But thats about as far as my anger goes.
QUOTE
'How does our feelings work?'
One of the major factors in how we feel has to do with the neurotransmitters in our brain. Our brain consists of many many neurons, which are connected to one another by many dendrites and one axon apiece. Neurotransmitters are what travels between the connections (theres actually a gap which they travel across) between the dendrites and the axon. They cause neurons to connect to one another. There are too many neurotransmitters to list right here. But some of the more prominent ones include Serotonin, which depending on the levels of it in your body, you may be inclined to feel depressed or feel anxiety, or the opposite. Of coures this is not the only factor in your feelings, this is one of several hundred, many of which have yet to be understood. Basically a combination of varying levels of some of these neurotransmitters could be able to make you feel any sensation, such as feelings.

'What is something that you'd get flared up?'
I try to keep a level head through whatever I do, I can get slightly annoyed from time to time about various things, but overall it's all good.
