I'm getting pretty damn tired of going on battle.net, owning a noob in a FFA, and then seeing my desktop a few moments after he sends a crash hack. N00bz that hack must be stopped or else we'll have hacking n00bs with better records than experts because they simply use their little maphack every game and crash hack every time they are about to lose. It's really getting annoying!
First off dont complain about it, nothings going to change. New patches bring new hacks and each hack is just as annoying as before. I dont like them either but I dont complain about the obvious. Just deal with it, true experts win against hackers no matter what it does.
There's not much you can do about it, Blizzard doesn't care anymore.
Play private games and run PP, that's the best advice I can give you.
No one cares about records on Battle.net, have you checked the ladder recently?
The only records that really count are those of private ladders like PGTour.
One of my online friends showed me a cool anti-hack once. It made the units that belonged to the hacker attack eachother and destroy themselves.
Ha ha, yea, I've seen that before, in fact, I've used it myself, it's very funny when the hacker tries to stop it.
On another note, Blizzard still cares a little, just not a whole lot, maybe if we send a petition or something, to show that people are really serious about Starcraft, maybe they'll try and do a little more, I've seen worse hacks brought down to the cold hard ground, for other games, it can be done here!
Reason why the "anti hack" worked is because that maphack had a backdoor which the creator had given out on purpose. He had the master copy while the one he gave out wasn't. Eventually he gave out the master copy to others and it leaked. Eventually people started to use the NEW maphack and others still had the old one. The new one was capable of takin over the maphack.. Unally your own units, take off maphack vision, kill your own units.. crash you.. make you talk when it isn't you typing, etc. But that was many versions ago. There was also the anti-hack program that was out, that had only had the unally your own units hack in it, purely against that maphack. Anyways.. later.

Trying to stop hacks on Starcraft, or any game, is like trying to stop the tide. The people can make, and edit the hacks faster than Battle.NeT can put out a patch.
And what does this topic do to stop hackers?
