Well, i have a little template for a home page put i cant put it up because its supposed to be in some sort of folder called index.html.

I did that except it still doesnt work.

Im mainly looking for tutorials on html or just something that could get me more familiar with this stuff.

See i dont know the first thing about html or making a site.

From what I'm getting this is your first time in the realm of HTML (assumption based on the fact that you dont understand 'index.htm' has to be in your root folder)

A place I learn alot of my stuff for web desgin is from this site:

w3schools

They got alot of good examples and things oyu can look at for ideas

Just a friendly hint, please type things out. Don't use "u" in place of you and stuff like that.

Ok guys. I started taking some tutorials on html and so far it seems easy. I learned how to type text, make anchors, and make tables so far. All i need is a name.

Obvioulsy its a map making site. Its gonna have a bunch of maps and other stuff on it.

Anybody know some good hosts. :/
