Basically was the idea dropped when EUD's came out or did anyone even start trying to make one.
If so is anyone still working on it, or just whats going on? confused.gif I still think it would be a great idea.

The biggest problem is that SC loads graphics when SC first starts up and doesn't ever do it again. The easiest way would be to for SC to load it up again, but then you'd have to start the game sync'd (kinda like how WC3 has that loading screen). I still believe this is possible but I don't know enough about SC (the engine and loading sequences) to make it.

Could you make it restart Starcraft, auto-connect to B.net with the last used username/pass and rejoin the game? Not ideal but it should be okay.

that would be the same as just loading the mod before you play except that way causes more server problems and violates the EULA

Any of this violates the EULA.

I still want to try creating an automodder because using the old StarDraft technology I think it's possible, but right now I'm concentrating on my site, and I will be concentrating on my site until... well, probably forever lol. If I had more time I would definitely get onto it.

What did StarDraft do to make SC load up the customs?

Actually, I'd have to disagree with you on that

Can I do a total conversion of your games?

Yes. We've seen some very polished and fun conversions for our games, and have no problems with total conversions so long as they are for personal use and do not infringe our End User License Agreement included in our games, nor the rights of any other parties including copyrights, trademarks or other rights.

If you still dont believe me or think im making it up go here

Yah, but as your dealing with battle.net here, which is not technically a game, this doesnt apply..
This project is quite against the EULA, though I'd actually pay money if it were completed biggrin.gif.

ya pizuscag here

if any of you have been paying attention to pizudraft you would know that pizudraft does all the stuff you said

and LegacyWeapon you are right pizudraft is no normal mod creator after instaling it , starcraft.exe will be replaced with a new file that will allow EUD`s...but here is the catch it still alows you to use battle net and play normal starcraft maps
