Staredit Network -> Computers and Technical -> Wuu... =( Can't open ANY MPQ Extractor...

I want to make my own StarEdit. But for some strange reason, it keeps giving me the error "V75727.dll is not found!" whenever I open any of the MPQ Extractors.
*Note that the numbers are just made up.*

Same goes with SCMDraft but with different dll file. So... what should I do?
Even if I downloaded the DLL, I won't know where to put it...

Instructions on where to put system files are included on the download page for the Required Files pack in the DLDB.
