Members - Recently registered, doesn't have a lot of features.
Regulars- Achieved at 300 posts. Can change name of topics and...the title under the topic name (As we have seen from the Terrorists
)
Elites - Achieved..Not too sure about this one..I think either 1200 or 1500.
Tutorial keepers - Work with the Tutorials database on SeN
DLDB Keepers- Manages the maps in the DLDB. Can reject or accept maps.
Global Mods - Uh...
Admin - Do I really have to say it...

Meh..I'll be lucky if I'm gonna be a regular by next summer. I've been a member for 8 months and only halfway to regularhood

There isn't much special. They're member groups, some with special powers. They're colored coded so you know who is where.
Not intentional. And they've lost this power... it was a rather nasty bug, but IP smashed it.

It's not a big deal or anything, but it would be spelled Speshul SPECIAL*.
Global moderators, only DT_Battlekruser at the time, have a lot of powers towards the forum boards. They can deal with topics in any forums, suspend (I think ban/delete also) warn any member, edit minerals, posts,[sub][sup][sub][sup]and also slap/poke the living crap out of you with a tennis racket if you disobey![/sub][/sup][/sub][/sup], and a lot of other things. Brainwashing by Moose, the current Administrator, may occur at random interv..

Some random nullsters/Nullies (syphon, maybe voyager) were abusing the "regulars can edit topic/topic descriptions" instead of PMing a nice little note to an admininstrator about it.
