AIM doesn't disable the Internet.. Its sounds are fine, plus you actually have a choice of what your sounds are. Because its part of aol doesn't mean anything. I found most of my friends use AIM..

It Does disable MY internet.
It used to be on this comp (sister used it) and less than a day after installing and using, the internet didn't work.
We uninstalled, reset settings, etc.
My sister got it again, internet goes out.
This with all these troubleshooting thingies we pinpointed the problem to be AIM.

I hate AOL, so I probobly wouldn't be using it, I've always used MSN. I don't know anybody who has an account on AIM, all my friends use MSN, but maybe cause I'm in Canada and AIM is American.

I don't really care for MSN that much because you there are annoying features that people use. None of my friends use it at all, everybody uses AIM. But I do use MSN to talk to people from SEN but there is no "both" option...

I use both, but I like AIM way better than MSN. MSN is very stupid and retarded. If I didnt have a custom MSN I wouldnt be using it. (The Standard is so... sucky) I also dont know much people on MSN.
