Server time + Local time offset = 7:39 pm

First time is in my profile.
The second is the one in the Portal.

The Portal time is the correct one, but it seems like you worked on the Portal and forgot to update the new code to the profile.

No... it's only right for you now because day light savings time changed and there is no longer a 1 hour difference...

A possibility might be to include a check box that tells the script you don't practice day light savings time... and subtract that one hour (or add, whatever was the case) when the server gets put into DST, but since i worked on the code, i forgot how big of a range the world experiences with daylight savings time... it obviously wouldn't work if people in europe practice different dst periods then america does...

I'm considering just giving the usercp a textbox to enter what the difference you have from GMT time is...
So I would enter -5 or -6 dependnig on the time of the year...

The ability to set this one time would be hot though and no longer have to worry about it. Perhaps additional entries for "I practice american standard DST" or "I practice no DST at all" would do the trick, and everyone else could simply adjust their difference as their unique situation forces them too.
