Staredit Network -> StarCraft Editing Related -> StarFire Edit Crashing
Report, edit, etc...Posted by Staredit.Net Essence on 2005-11-09 at 00:28:47
Hello everyone,

I am using StarFire Edit for the Mac and for the most part works fine... except for one little problem in that it crashes, actually just quits, everytime I want to edit the number of mins and gas. Anyone else have this same problem and knows what's going on? Thanks!

Dustin

Ive never heard of editing the mineral and gas without a trigger that might be your problem

Just to make it clear, are you editing the number of minerals through a trigger, or are you editing the resource value of a Mineral Patch in Unit Properties?

I had this problem with my StarFire edit. Select the unit by highlighting, then Shift+Double Click it. Now it wont crash. Good luck with your mapping.

[center]Editing unit properties with ENTER/RETURN will get you a crash. Just do what Hamma said.
If you're talking about a trigger, I have yet to encounter a problem there. StarFire doesn't affect the trigger editor, so if that's what's causing the crash I'd suggest reinstalling.

Ahhhhh, yeah. Warhammer, thanks a ton. Yeah, I was trying to edit the mins through the properties option not the triggers and shift-double clicking works like a charm. Thanks again man.
