I think my first map was a single player map. I got my harddrive reformatted so I don't have it biggrin.gif . Which is actually good. It was just gathering dust in my harddrive tongue.gif .

My first map was me against a computer, like a campaign map except I ran into one problem. I couldn't for the longest time figure out how to make the computer move, it just always sat.

O those were the good old days, biggrin.gif

Mine was an effing piece of crap.
It was a melee, no terrain at all. The only thing resembling terrain was... the players were surrounded by castles of minerals... and I placed them wrong, so lots of them were unplaceable anyways...
Sickening old days...

This is my earliest "real" map that I still have. I made one earlier called "Organ Thieves" that turned out to be more fun than it sounds, but my computer got fried so it's gone forever. This map was my next effort, and if you can overlook and forgive the unprofessional parts, you may have a good time playing it. It's an RPG, and it works just great. It's worth an hour of your time to beat it, because I think that the story is its strongest aspect. Play it in single-player if you want to get to the end quickly, but it's not really that hard to beat without cheating. Just don't judge my current mapping skill by what you see smile.gif. I'm sort of in the process of making a new RPG, but I'm going to yank a lot of the story from this one. Maybe it'll be a sequel or something. Keep your eyes peeled!

This is mine. My old harddisk died so I cannot attach my oldest map. This is the oldest that I have I think.

my first map was a melee map, But for my first UMS map was a one mission map 256, with loads of objectives, and was really good for a first timer.

Mine was also a melee map, a new version of Fastest Possible, which got some play on Starcraft Normal version (ironic no?), and is no longer around, that was about three/four years ago, it was just lots of minerals, and eight bases with cliffs around them...
