I remeber a while ago Yoshi said he'd get rid of them and instead he'd ban people that "Don't Learn" so now that I haven't done anything wrong for 10 months I get slapped with an 80% warning? (Even though it should be 60%). Did I miss something?

They were never removed, what he meant was that he would make them not viewable. And you weren't "just slapped", that was built up over a period of time. The warn logs have DATES for a reason.
