Can I ask your guys' opinion if this looks authentic? I don't speak dutch and everything is in images so it's a pain in the butt to translate. I know .nl can be a redirect domain, right? There was also no verification visible.

What's your opinion? (This is not random, I'm asking a favor of you guys)

I'd rather ask your opinion before responding to an E-mail that claims I've won $2,500,000 in a lottery I've never heard about. I'm prompted to believe it's a scam (the e-mail isn't even certainly from that site), but I thought I'd ask you opinions.

Scam. You see, you didn't win no dutch lottery, you won the Wilhelm Lottery! Please enclose an check for $5,000 and two plane tickets to the Carribean in a return letter to receive your prize, $200,000,000!

If you didn't enter anything, it probably is a scam. If I got an e-mail like this, I would probably have deleted it. Besides, you're not old enough to accept the prize porbably anyways. tongue.gif

It could be more authentic, I'd say. Like, if you go to one of those casino sites they it would look a whole lot better than this one. Also, why would it be in Dutch?

It is most likely a scam, yes. But without doing anything stupid like enclosing $5,000 checks, can it hurt to reply?

Like they said, you're under the age of consent so you couldn't claim anyway.
