*sigh* R* made it.
Rockstar Games is the company that made GTAIII with it's crappy graphics engine. Rockstar Games is also the company that made Vice City and said it had a brand new gfx engine, but in reality, it was just a tweaked out GTAIII. Finally, they're trying to release San Andreas this October. All the screenshots so far have an orange tint, but one of the GTA websites edited it and made the tint back to its original color (White. It looks more natural that way than the orange tint.) When they did that, I've discovered something else about the game: it's graphics are not going to be at par with the standards by then (think Doom 3 and Half-Life 2). In fact, it's just a tweaked Vice City engine which is a tweaked GTAIII engine. Go figure.
Also, they keep releasing titles on the PS2. And I'm sick and tired of people saying that the PS2 is SO much better/faster/etc... than other consoles. This is simply blatant lies: The PS2 is much worse than its competitors (in terms of system specs) and the only thing that's better is companies signing up to give it good games (I wonder why, actually). Seriously, wtf is going on in the kids' minds when they see another GTA game which has been done TWICE before, except with CABLE CARS and BICYCLES ADDED!!! WOW!!! So exciting, eh?
Back to the topic, Red Dead Revolver isn't such a bad game. It's not the best game of all time, but it's pretty fun to try. Played it over @ a friend's house (who has a PS2

).
