Yeah so it's that time of year, and I think I might be able to have a change getting a job this year. I don't know what I put in my profile as my age (I think I tried to make it 0 BC 25th of December) but i'm 14. Any ideas?

Grocerie stores gives 14 year olds jobs. Shaws and Donalins are good examples (or however you spell Donalins) In Massachussettes I thought you had to be 15 for a legit job but could only work on weekends and then when you turned 16 you could work on weeknights.

Now remember kids.... we the people of computer gaming are lazy therefore we must get a job that is equally lazy....

If you are good at anything productive on the computer like...
Photoshop
Flash
Dreamweaver(web site building)
computer repair

then you can get a very nice job that pays about 50-100 bucks an hour. The problem is... is that how do you start?

you can start by helping out your parents friends around you by charging 10 bucks an hour or so OR you can apply to a computer place thingy... (repairs/digital media/computer graphics)

Thats my theory how to get rich fast enjoy wink.gif

Notice how my particpation to this site is 31% (When really it's around 15%) and yours is 100%. I'm not that lazy, plus bagging groceries isn't really a skill that needs to be taught.

I work at H-E-B (which is basically Krogers or Albertsons) as a bagger. I get 7 bucks an hour.

Whether you enjoy your job or not depends on why you want to work. If you want to work only because you need money, then sometimes it can be no fun. However, if you work not only because of the money, but because you can be around with coworkers or that it gives you something to do, then it could be considered great.

For that place, just ask the manager if they would hire.
