In my map, a battle clings and the players must fight while running. Because of this, should i add special powers or just make them very powerful to one another?

I'd say no..cuz well they dont really use powers in Duels..but then again you cant have it 1 sided..maby give them gas to up their attack and def..instead..so ya..i dont think you should personally..

well your probably not gonna do this but
you can use air units cause they can attack while flyin.

Siege Tanks and Goliaths (maybe more) are two units that I know of that can attack while moving.
