Yep it's Rush related, namely a good little place to stick some basic info, screenshots, a trailer (which'll be my beforementioned 'goodie' coming soon), and of course, the map when it's done in about a month or so.
I'm working on the page now, but before I get too far ahead I'd like to ask if anyone could help me with some RELIABLE hosting, without any annoying ads or bandwidth caps (though I don't think it'll use all that much). I know there's a gazillion free hosting places, but frankly I don't have the time to look through them all.
Any help would be appreciated.

i could put u up on leemartin.net... its my site that has no current layout or use.. only problem is that you'll have to make the page and have me upload it. Its on my dads PSLPRO server. He uses 2 server machines to host it and it never goes down.

That'll work. Right now there's not much more than a few pages and some screenshots, but soon with the trailer and the actual map(s) coming I think I might need more than what any free webhosting offer could give. Might.

Hmm, 5 megs is kinda small, I'll need up to 10 for the map itself... let alone the trailer and webpage.
Unless of course I could host it here at SEN, if you guys don't mind a map bigger than 5 megs.

It'll be a two part series when it's done. Part 1 is all I'll bother with for the time being, though.

If you still need I got a server I'm not really using except to store files I need.
Currently im using 392MB/1000MB, and I have 30 gigs of bandwith.
I can set you up with http://www.shadowfortress.net/~yournamehere No ads, and you can have enough space and such. Just dont use excessive amounts (>200 MB). If you need it, just reply or give me a PM.

Yeah that'll work too. I don't plan on using more than 30 megs, frankly, but bandwidth might be a bit more than an ordinary free hosting would allow if Rush gets popular (which could well happen). I think 30 gigs should be fine, though.

I'm not sure about this, but I don't see a problem..
Just get a few hosting services to host your maps, then on the one you use on your web page link to those files.. You'll have to find services that let you link to the files from another website, though.. I expect not all can, though I have never done this before.

Not because I'm lazy, but I enjoy having all the stuff in the same place if possible. Less to manage that way, and easier to fix if something goes wrong.

Adakist.com was the best, but they dont offer free anymore cuz so many people were abusing it. Im among the lucky ones.
