Global Mods can use HTML in some forums only.
Admins can use HTML anywhere.
It's CSS which is very similar to HTML and it's coded wrong. I think he should've used " instead of '. I know that in the few CSS I've done, I always used " instead of '.

That was the way I found it. And apparently enabling HTML there wouldn't do anything (its enabled in that post). Go ahead and edit the post, KeG. Besides, I wouldn't bother with CSS if I wanted to change text colors just a few times. I do know about <font> tags.

Wouldn't really matter, the post would still keep HTML enabled because he could enable it during the time the post was last edited.

It's not like that. The Clan (U) forum allowed HTML to be posted by Global Moderators. Bolt isn't a Global Moderator anymore so the posts with HTML he made don't have it allowed anymore.

HTML enablement is determined by the owner of the post. In this case, Yoshi was removed from the "Administrators" group so the HTML broke. Fixed.

That was when it was enabled for that topic I think or something like then. Then Yoshi changed it to Clan (U) Global Mods only
