Our most recent affiliate, Starsite, is currently looking for new staff members to help out.
If you are proficient in HTML, have some experience managing a site and can write in both english and spanish, then this is your chance to work at an already established site with reputation.

I have experience running a website, a tiny bit in HTML, but virtually no spanish experience (I can say "Hola! No habla en espanol!).

I would like to help, i'm profficent in html (can do links,img uploads, etc.)
I have expeirence in running a site. I used to help out my freind with his site on freewebs because he couldn't do html....I'm ready and willing to help

I would love to manage the tutorials if its ok with you, i experienced with trigs, grid systems, and many other creative systems for maps

Is spanish mandatory?

I handle my clan site, (I need a bit more content though D: A bit), have decent HTML knowledge, that is enough to create Iframes, images, sounds, tables, etc.
I know the basics of PHP and Javascript, and I'm sure Starsite uses a bit of both.

The only thing I can do there is talk spanish perfectly(I come from Puerto Rico"La isla del encanto")so,if you want help on some word in spanish just talk to me and I will traduce a word for you for the little amount of 500 minerals!(just joking I will traduce anything to spanish for free.)And talking of HTML I don't now anything about it,only that it is used to make websites.

Unfortunately, spanish is a requirement. In fact I estimate that most of the traffic that my site gets is from latin america people.

I'm looking for staff that creates content for the site so we keep it alive.
Due to real life circumstances, I'm afraid I'll eventually have to resign to the site. That's why I'm looking for fresh people to help me maintaining the site.
The ideal thing would be someone that knows a lot of web coding and that also speaks both english and spanish AND that loves Starcraft AND that is responsable AND that.... yeesh I think I'm asking for too much heh

I'm also from Puerto Rico(Nice to see another Puerto Rican at SeN), spanish is my first language and I've managed my own site with HTML, and I'm a Global Mod here at SeN.

I know I'm the ideal candidate, but I just don't have the time to do so many things. If you need help with the spanish, I'll gladly help with it, but I just don't have the time to code it.

Well i would like to help out in any way possible. I'm proficient with html, i know a "small" bit of spanish. If u need some to help with the toturials, im your guy, I am EXTREMELY experienced with all types of triggs, grid systems, systems, bullet accuracy systems, ammo systems, Matrix systems (slowing down a unit and keeping all others the same speed) I can do html, color coding, Img upload and links and much much more. so pm me ASAP i would really like to help ur site out!

It's a proyect intended to translate Star Control 2: The Ur-Quan Masters to the spanish language.
Never heard of this game? That's probably because it's from the early 90's!

UQM is a rol game where you have to free Earth from the evil Ur-Quan and their hierarchy of battle thralls. To do it so, you'll have to recolect minerals on planets (you have an entire galaxy with more than 100 stars to wander around), interact with alien species, complete pluzzles and of course, fight with your ship and your fleet.
Graphics isn't its strong side, but rest is assured, the best.

The requirements for staff people is indeed obvious: MUST SPEAK/WRITE SPANISH. For the rest, is not as important though it'll be considered.
