Umm, Actually the screenshot is what It's going to look once I upload it, and I want some design ideas on that.. The website thats up now I've had enough of.

Find some good dragon images! The banner and stuff just "sucks"... Also you definitely need a better background, because it's to difficult to read with this one
It took a while to read "navigation bar" also...
Forum on the other hand looks really nice, the background is perfect and stuff

.. Does no one listen? The website I put up isnt what I want people to rate, its the screenshot. Thats what the next version of website will look like, and I want tips on that. I know the old version sucks terribly and is outdated, I'm making it more starcraft oriented and better for eyes. Please rate the website in screenshot, not the website itself.

That means less to-do's, but doing that makes it seem unprofessional. I could have kept it like it was half a year ago if I wanted it to have tons of dragon pictures.
Edit: Now I uploaded everything.

it can be better, but it's an awsome start. When i first started making web sites.. mine looked almost exactly like yours.. the links on the left hand side and the main content box in the mid. Eventually, you should get into photoshop and dreamweaver to create really interesting looking web pages. A color scheme would be good as well. right now the dominant colors are black and somewhat orange and white text.. which is good, but with some creative experience, you will eventually find out how to make it look better yourself, which is the awsome part about experience! =) start working on different layouts and color schemes if you want to get into the field of web design. good start man.

So yur saying that A good website has to look "good" Because i totally disagree i think a "good" website is about Quality not Quantity.

As for Silver-Dragon, the website is good, room for improvement but you have potential. One thing I noticed right away was your top header is not set to "0" so there is a black line across the top so the planet is not connected to the top of the page.
Another thing, you might consider. While using PHP 'is cool' and I encourage it, as it is the next step from HTML, just adding the tag .php to the end of the tag is not really utilizing it in the sense as - is it worthwhile? (Might as well use .htm)

I used index.html, but I use javascript to redirect. I couldnt find anything to let me change the default page, and this works fine. I use PHP include, its best way to edit when I add a page, I have 3 things using include. the PHP isn't just for fun.
I'm still learning Javascript and PHP, and I never said it was a great website. I just wanted a few tips on improvement that won't be 2 difficult.
Just in case you think to judge me by my website, I'm only 13.
I'm the only person in my class who knows how to use HTML, and one of about 5 who know what html is. Give me 2 more years and some experience in high school, and I'll be making websites more seriously. And maybe some programs.
