i use to have a converter for mp3... i got it from sen like a year ago but if anyone knows what its called or anything that can: Convert music/wavs etc.. Cut certain parts of the file... make it so it can fade in and fade out. If anyone knows a program that can do it all of that please reply.

i used to have a program like that on my old comp... did it only convert wavs to mp3 and mp3 to wav? i might be able to find it again
