Yeah, so I created a PM folder and put some messages in there. I can't see them now. I deleted the folder and remade it... apparently they're still there. But I still can't see them. Isolated, you might want to take a look at this.

I made a test folder and put a few PM's in there and I saw them just as if they were in the default folder. Moose, you sure you aren't doing anything wierd?
