If you multi task in SEN, it would be like you would have more than one tab or windows that has SEN in two or more different pages while active and using the SEN Forum while talking in a Battle.net Bot or using the map editor at the same time. Also you are making more than one map at a time, talking in two bots in seperate channels and etc anything StarCraft related and SEN related.
If you are doing one thing at time, then you are not multi tasking.

On a tipical day I'll have 3 SeN tabs open, making a map, making terrain and playing starcraft.

Definately. I usually have 2 or 3 SEN windows open, and another 2 forum windows open with a few extra sites open.

I usually only have 1 SEN tab and that is it. But I never focus on my work so I need to close the browser or I will do some work then check up on SEN and then go back to work and repeat.

Sometimes. I go through spells where I'm barely active, and then periods where I post alot. Lately, I'll have SEN running while I'm drawing, making a map, or just doing whatever. I might post, drive to the store, or take my son to the park, or go to a class, and then come back and post some more.
I wouldn't consider the amount of time I spend on the website unhealthy, though.

when i was more active on sen and starcraft i would usually have 2 to 3 bots on... 2 or more sen windows open and making a map

If you're on more than Syphon it's considered unhealthy.
Weekday - 6 hours.
Weekend - 20 hours.
