So, I found this site a while ago that had some pictures of Battle.NeT, when Battle.Net was pimp and newbs were at a minimal, aroud the end of the era people usually refer to as "Those were the days.." Anyways, the site died and everything was lost, until I recently found it on a Friends Site, under a different name.
It contains some really old/sorta old Battle.Net pictures. Like, people mass loading with illys old. It's mainly pictures of people loading/flooding/having fun with the reps. There are also some pictures of Clan uUu being loaded, and Clan Oo being flooded/loaded (LOL how Ironic). Maybe MiniMoose (MooSeBoT)? Yoshi[T], RexyRex[T], i)D(devilesk, DrAxXus[T] and TrApP. Crazy Stuff. Anyways, Linky!

It's because there's no friends button. I don't think it was like that 6 years ago when I started playing...

The Friends list tab was added earlier this year. It looks too crowded now

As long as you have keys/proxies. Most I've ever seen from one person was 1820, the longest being over 72 hours long. But that was "Back in the day.." The really good people nowadays get around 1k, everyone else, 200-400 ish.

my brother played it when it came out and i would always watch him, then he quit and i was LIKE OMG GIMME IT AND i started like 1 year after it came out so i been playin long time. I liked when their was no Friends tab. blizzard just added it cause they needed to make an update for SOMETHING

yup, been playing since it came out too in 1998. Played on bnet from about a week later after i owned the campaigns. Back then i waso n dial-up. WOW, thats like nearly 8 years.

Those Screenshots arent old? The picture called 17.jpg is flipping old, at least 6-7 years old. It had to happen in either 98 or 99. The bots aren't all on one account like Joe#2 , Joe#3, they are on Joe2, Joe3. That was how people loaded back then.

Wow these are amazing.
I typed in one of the account names on Bnet from one of the screenshots, that name was deleted. Did the same for the channels, didnt exist. These sure are old memories

Aye, I remember back in the days ((1997-8 for me?), when academies costed 200 and spawning pools 150 (if I remember right -_-) and channels were filled with people... though most were immature as hell, but they were people (i think).
I remember making my first map, used it for my 7th grade project and got into the state fair... then I didn't have access to a computer so I didnt even get to present and was automatically disqualified.. I did pearl harbor of wwII and displayed how the battle plans were carried out...
man, had I the skills back then and today, that map would =kickass+2

I started SC 6 or 7 years ago. A lot has changed...
(Stupid Warcraft III pretty much disabled clan. Now you have to spend $600 just to get 10 keys to make one! But then you have 9 extra War3's and keys. I should send blizzard a nice big warm welcoming "Fark You!")
