W3schools HTML tutorial
None of these can make you a master, for that buy a book.
But simple HTML, both can do, and mine covers a tiny bit of CSS, giving you example of how it can work. W3schools has its own section for CSS and anything else you can want.
To make a good website, learn these in this order
1) HTML
2) CSS
3) Javascript
4) PHP
GL.

Javascript isn't really worth learning if you plan on learning PHP.
