I download it at here.
I just can open *.txt with it .
When I open the "stat_txt.tbl(English)", nothing has happened. As I did nothing.
How can I open stat_txt.tbl with the TblPad?
Or my stat_txt.tbl is a wrong file?(I got it from "patch_rt.mpq")
