Is there a way to edit the Starcraft pallete files? (Like on Battle.net or in the menus) StarCraft does not have the blue colors I need...

pallet file (*.pal) can edit use photoshop,paintshop,protomotion, and anyother
but if u even change color table set , can't show same result
u have to use just original SC pallet in colors
but u can use color to other pcx files
(title.pcx and anyothers but i can not sure , i used my color table use photoshop to Title.pcx and showed as well rightly .... )

Specifically I need the Battle.net buttons, backgrounds, etc. changed. Do I jsut change the pallete in the image files?

i think there is one for buttons, i'm know for a fact there is that logo you know with the ad.

Just so ya know, if you try and edit the icons off of Battle.net, It Will not let you log on... Unless you do soemthing special i dont know about :-/

I just figured it out. Use PalEdit in the modding tools section. It allows you to figure out and edit the pallete. Hope that helps

Beats me... try using that little tab that only lets you view the special files, like you can make it only view *.pal files. I dont know exactly where they are though.
All I know is that RetroGRP has some *.pal files... Good luck O:

I can extract pal files from image files that have palletes (I think PCXs do. GIF and 256-color BMPs do)
