Well I put no, but I don't mean to go as far as SEN sucks. And it isn't the best community for me becaues I obviously don't map. deviantART, LemonFingers or 'plicity are probably the best I've been a part of.

Yes, it's certainly more active and mature than most of the communities I've joined. The only others that came close to SEN were BlizzForums (but now their SC sections are pretty much dead... 
) and the TES forums (but they ban threads on religion and politics, that's no fun...)

I've seen better, most people get away with a lot of spam and flaming, and other people get warned for stuff they didn't do. Also 40% of the people are complete morons.
