Anyone who has -1 posts gets almost full bars and the title test. Don't ask me why. Once you hit -2 or 0 it all goes away. And then theres this guy:

Did you all skip over my post??? Its just a SEN bug that's not important enough to be changed. Many people have their bars that way, to see for yourself go to http://www.staredit.net/index.php?act=members and choose the following options:
[All members] by [total posts] in [Ascending order] with [50] results per page.
