i open ice, no problems, go to open the iscript.bin, upcomes this error:

Make sure its in C:/Program Files/Camelot Systems/Ice/.

Why not just delete it/ get rid of it and go to IceCC???? much better!

I think nirvanajung's right, it seems like a registry problem. (I didn't know IceCC/ICE read the registry. 
)
So, look at your SC's registry key and see what the InstallPath is and change it to your SC directory.
Also, can I ask what your error with IceCC was?

Ok~! If ur Windows Registry no exist about any StarCraft registry key infomation
then just run this posted registry file (*. reg file)
i post my Sc registry file and u may edit reg key with ur installing environment
by run regedit

ok, i restart the computer (obviously nothing open), i run the reg, and the error comes up.
there is no error with icecc, i run the exe and it just closes... (iceccui)

Are you running the .bat file? Make sure you're running iceccui.jar.

Remove the association of .jar files to WinRAR or w/e its assigned to. Open it with the Java Runtime Enviroment.
